Pictured are the 7th generation of the Loeffler/Pluenneke families. They got together for a 4th of July barbecue at Jan Appleby’s in Hilda. They are also the 7th generation on the Geistweidt and Leifeste sides.

The Senior Class of ’68 celebrated their 40th class reunion on July 12, 2008. Twenty-one members rode on their first place float depicting the Round-up Drive-in Theater which was a great source of entertainment in the ‘60’s.

Mr. and Mrs. Mark (Judy) Lehmberg of Mason are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Britny Joy Lehmberg, to Kelley Wayne Fowler, son of Mr.

Jan Appleby and Eva Tannehill wore their period costumes during Roundup while selling Mason County notecards at the Mason Study Club table. All proceeds from the sale of the note cards, handmade by Mason Study Club members, goes directly to the Mason County Library for the purchase of new books.

Erin Alecia Lumpkins and Brodee Demetreis Jarrell were married at 3: 40 in the afternoon on Monday June 23, 2008 at Arlington Municipal Courthouse in Arlington, Texas. Justice of the Peace, Linda B.
